What we collect
Only what you type into the free in-home assessment form, which is the only form on this site:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your ZIP code
- What you need (straight, curved, outdoor, reconditioned, rental, or not sure)
- How soon you need it
- Whether the purchase may use VA benefits, if you tick that box
- Anything you write in the message field
The form also records which page you submitted from, and the city and county that page covers, so we know what you were reading when you reached out.
The veteran checkbox is optional. We ask because VA benefit programs are a genuine funding path and knowing lets us point you at the right one. Leave it blank and you'll be treated exactly the same.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the assessment you asked for, and to prepare an accurate, itemized quote. That's the whole purpose. We don't use it for anything else.
How it's stored and who sees it
The form is handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. When you submit, Netlify stores the submission and emails it to us. It is read by the person who follows up with you. We do not have a call centre, a lead-broker arrangement, or a sales team it gets distributed to.
We do not sell or share your details
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with other companies, lead brokers, or advertisers. If we ever needed to share something with a third party to do the job you asked for — for example, a manufacturer handling a warranty claim on your unit — we would tell you first.
Tracking and advertising
This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.
Our two tools — the Price Estimator and the Coverage Checker — work entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into either one is sent to us or stored anywhere.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while they're active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour a quote or answer a follow-up question. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we'll delete it.
How to see, correct, or delete your information
Ask us. Send a message through the assessment form saying you want your details corrected or deleted, and we'll do it and confirm when it's done. You don't need to give a reason.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home accessibility equipment. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
If we start using a new tool that touches your information, we'll update this page at the same time rather than afterwards.
